David Windrim

David is a career litigator, having spent years roaming the province’s courts from Owen Sound to the Ontario Court of Appeal in Toronto. He measures his job satisfaction in the real good he does for his clients.

David brings tenacity and care to bear in joining Powell Litigation’s high standards of passionate and effective advocacy.

Outside of work, David reads everything he can get his hands on (preferably recent history and classic novels), watches a range of movies from TIFF art-house films to high-octane Hollywood schlock, bakes from scratch, and tries in vain to establish dominance over his highly spirited red setter.
