Heather Cook

Heather Cook, B.A. (Hons) is a Senior Law Clerk at Powell Litigation, where she supports the firm’s lawyers across a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters. Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario to provide legal services as a paralegal since 2011, Heather has spent more than a decade supporting lawyers, judges, and adjudicators.

Before obtaining her paralegal licence, Heather had an extensive career in business and manufacturing supporting C-suite executives. Her combined legal and business experience allows her to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of a matter, assist with litigation strategy, and prepare court materials that support the firm’s lawyers throughout the litigation process.
