Eman Khoshbin

Eman Khoshbin is a civil litigation lawyer at Powell Litigation whose practice focuses on understanding his clients’ objectives and advocating for practical solutions to their disputes. A natural problem solver and negotiator, Eman has experience representing clients in negotiation settings, before administrative tribunals, and at various levels of court.

Before joining Powell Litigation, Eman spent close to a decade practicing at a Canadian litigation boutique. Throughout his career, he has focused on providing pragmatic advice and helping clients understand the litigation process, their available options, and the direction of their case. He also recognizes the importance of pursuing cost-effective solutions and considers both the legal and business implications of a dispute when advising clients.
