Siddharth Joshi

Sid practices commercial litigation with a focus on real estate, shareholder, and general commercial disputes. He has over a decade of experience handling complex civil and commercial disputes on behalf of individuals and small businesses. His approach centers on identifying the most commercially efficient path for each dispute, whether that means early resolution, trial, or something in between, with the goal of achieving the greatest net commercial benefit for the client.

He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, achieving notable results for his clients. Sid was called to the bar in India in 2014 and in Ontario in 2021, and is a member of the Bar Council of India and the Law Society of Ontario. His multilingual capabilities allow him to serve clients in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

When he’s not in court, Sid can usually be found cheering on Arsenal FC—a loyalty that outlasted a 22-year championship drought. He’s also a voracious non-fiction reader and a self-appointed explorer of Toronto’s food scene, always on the hunt for the next great meal.
