Rutendo Muchinguri

Rutendo joined Powell Litigation as a Law Clerk, having practiced as an attorney in Zimbabwe. She graduated with her Bachelor of Law Degree (with Distinction) from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa, where she was the top law student in her first and second year and was in the Dean’s Merit List throughout her tenure.

Rutendo went on to complete her Master of Law Degree at the same University, after receiving an Academic Merit Scholarship. In her role as a Law Clerk, Rutendo strives to support the lawyers to ensure documents and pleadings are flawless and that filings are completed meticulously.

In her spare time, Rutendo enjoys reading African Literature, watching most sports, especially tennis and Manchester United football matches and baking.
